What are your rates?
Fees associated with surveillance cases are heavily dependant on the circumstances. We will need to assess your case in order to provide a quote and in order to do this we will need all of the relevant details and information, not in least the full address of the assignment or at least the district and subdistrict - Bangkok itself is made up of 50 seperate districts.
Please include as many details as possible when getting in touch with us and we will provide you with a free quote if we are able to help. All contact with us is private and confidential - if you decide not to proceed then all information sent to us will be securely deleted. Top
How long are minimum times for surveillance?
In order for us to provide a cost-effective service, all surveillance is subject to a minimum amount of time - usually at least 8 hours. If you need us to work for a low amount of time which is under our minimum, then we would simply charge our minimum time fee for that session.
Tasks which are especially brief in time usually fall into the category of site visits rather than surveillance. Please get in touch with us with all details relevant to your case and needs - we will do our best to help. Top
Is your service legal?
Yes! All of the services we offer are legal and we will never break the law. We are a registered company and regulated by the Thai government. Top
Do you blur photos taken during surveillance?
Unlike some of our competitors, if we catch your partner cheating on you then we will not blur the face of their lover in our photos. Top
Can you hack a cellphone?
No, this is illegal. We do not engage in any form of hacking. Top
Is your service confidential?
Absolutely. All contact with us is strictly private and confidential. We have taken measures to ensure your privacy, such as protecting all emails that are sent to us with military grade encryption. Top
I hired you before, can you send me the old case files?
In line with our data protection policies, all case data is securely and irreversibly deleted at the cessation of a case. We are therefore unable to retrieve data relating to past cases. Top
How much survellience is needed to catch someone?
There are many different variables involved with survellience cases which make it impossible for us to answer this question. Much depends on the circumstances in each case, the quality of information provided to us, the subject's movements, the general area where surveillance is being conducted, and many other variables. In most cases we will need to conduct at least 1 day of surveillance before we are able to provide an estimated timeframe for the case. Top

Can you give me free relationship advice?
We offer free quotes for all work. Due to high volumes of inquiries received through our website we are unable to offer free relationship advice. If you would like to receive help/advice without hiring us to perform an investigation then a consultation fee will apply. Of course, advice during an investigation is always free of charge. Top
